Our model making staff will be able to orient/build your project according to the geometry’s details to ensure proper assembly, surface finish, function and accuracy. Most often this is the difference in the early success of a project.

The Rapid prototyping processes we offer include, Polyjet, SLA, SLS and materials so diverse like ABS, Polypropylene, Glass filled Nylon and Rubber, all of these materials with similar quality of those used in production.

Excellent for design tests, engineering and marketing/ or as a master mold for the RTV process, where it can be reproduced with specified textures and finishes.
 
• Large Poly Jet 3D Printing
Poly Jet 3D Printing is the ideal solution for parts requiring superior resolution and surface finish. Parts From this process are built using 16 micron layers.
 
• Stereolithography
Stereolithography (SLA) produces highly detailed and accurate parts in the latest SL materials.
 
• Selective Laser Sintering
Selective Laser Sintering (SLA) can produce durable prototype and production quality parts in an array of materials.
 
• Fused Deposition Modeling
Fused deposition modeling (FDM) can produce prototype and production quality parts in various thermoplastic materials in a variety of colors.
